Who am I, really?

If we take away all the usual labels — born in 1976, woman, partner, daughter, little sister, niece, cousin, friend, farmer’s daughter, fashion girl, furrier, student, teacher, traveller, entrepreneur, clairvoyant, family person, body therapist, powerhouse, yoga teacher, seer, spiritual guide, healer, life coach — then who am I?

I am who I am.

I am Anette Traberg Lind.

Only by showing who I am and being true to myself can I help others find their way home.

That home so many of us long for — the place where the heart beats, and the deep energy of love can truly be felt.

Everything is a Part of Me

My strength, the depth of my soul, my ancient wisdom, my new knowledge, my vulnerability, my shadows — they all walk hand in hand.

Nothing is wrong, and nothing is better than anything else. Everything is a part of me, and only by staying connected to all these parts can I be whole.

The Journey Home to Myself

My journey home to myself has been a process
— one that never really ends.
Yet it’s a journey I wouldn’t trade for anything.

That’s not to say I haven’t been brought to my knees, feeling the deepest pain.

But only by stepping into the pain and allowing my vulnerability to exist fully
have I found space for understanding, realisation, and, above all, forgiveness.

Travelling Light Through Life

Only when insights and understanding have truly landed within me have I been able to rise and move forward.

Forward, carrying a lighter load. And travelling lightly through life — that is a beautiful thing.

You’ll find the more formal side of my background here — I’ve travelled far and wide to collect my gold.
