PAYMENT
For all treatments and coaching services, an invoice will be sent once the work has been completed, or — in the case of larger projects — by agreement in multiple instalments during the course of the work.
For yoga classes, meditations, lectures, training programs, online courses, and other workshops, full payment is required upon entering into the agreement. However, we may agree on payment in instalments for an administrative fee. All instalments must be paid before the service is completed. Regardless of the chosen payment method, the agreement/registration is binding.
Delayed or missing payments are not considered a valid cancellation or termination of the agreement.
In case of delayed or missing payments, interest will be charged in accordance with the Danish Interest Act.
DELIVERING
Services are delivered at the time agreed with the client. See also the section regarding the right of withdrawal.
However, Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind reserves the right to reschedule agreed services/sessions with 24 hours’ notice. For one-to-one sessions, a new time will be arranged between both parties. Such changes do not entitle you to a full or partial refund of any paid amounts.
Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind reserves the right to cancel purchased services/sessions with a refund for the part of the amount covering the cancelled service(s)/session(s). Anette Traberg Lind may choose, but is not obliged, to offer replacement services/sessions instead. If you accept an offer of replacement services/sessions, you waive the right to a refund.
It is your own responsibility to attend, call in, or log on at the agreed time and to ensure you have a functioning phone and/or internet connection, as well as an active email account with properly configured spam filters. It is also your responsibility to provide your current phone numbers and email addresses in writing to the above-mentioned email address.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you enter into an agreement to receive a service from Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind. The withdrawal period runs from the date the agreement was entered into.
If you wish for the service to begin before the withdrawal period expires, you can give your explicit prior consent for the delivery to start, acknowledging that your withdrawal period will end when the service has been fully provided. In practice, this means that your right of withdrawal expires once the service is fully delivered.
If you have given your consent for the work or service to begin and subsequently wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note that Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind will charge a reasonable fee for any work already performed.
You must notify me within 14 days of entering into the agreement if you wish to withdraw from your order of a service. Notification must be given in writing via email to mail@anettetraberglind.com or by calling +45 30 51 70 90.
In your notice, please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it to us. You can find this form at the bottom of this page.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AFTER THE SERVICE HAS BEGUN
If you have consented to the commencement of the service and still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please be aware that Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind will charge a reasonable fee for the work already carried out. This includes payment for the hours spent as well as any materials used.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE

As a rule, you do not have a two-year warranty period, as Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind provides services rather than physical goods. Therefore, please contact me immediately if you experience any issues.
You have the right to have any deficiencies in the service remedied if the issue is related to the nature of the service, except where the problem arises from your own circumstances or external factors for which I cannot be held liable under Danish law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Any liability for damages that Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind may incur in connection with purchased services or products is limited to direct damages and losses. Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect damages or losses.
This exclusion of liability for indirect damages or losses applies regardless of the nature of the liability and whether Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind acted negligently.
Liability for direct damages or losses is limited to 50% of the price of the specific service or product to which the liability relates.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind retains all rights to delivered services and products, whether provided live, digitally, or in printed form.
Purchasing a service or product grants you a personal right of use only. The purchased material is for personal use and must be treated confidentially. It may not be disclosed or passed on to third parties.
The purchased material may not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was bought. In particular, it may not be used commercially in direct or indirect competition with Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind’s business.
The names of Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind may not be used for advertising or as references without written permission.
If any purchased material or the name of Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind is used in violation of these terms, Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind is entitled to a penalty of DKK 100,000 (one hundred thousand Danish kroner) per infringement. In the case of continuing infringement, a new penalty will be calculated for each month commenced.
Sjælebehandler Anette Traberg Lind is also entitled to seek an injunction through the courts without providing security.

If we cannot find a solution together, you may submit a complaint to the relevant appeals board, provided the necessary conditions are met:

PERSONAL DATA
My records about you may contain personal data, which can include the following:

STORAGE AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
I store, process, and delete your data as follows:
- The information is stored in Dropbox and EasyMe for up to 5 years.
- The information may also be stored on my computer’s hard drive.
- Communication with you takes place via an SSL-encrypted booking system (EasyMe).
- I am bound by confidentiality and use the collected information solely for the purpose of conducting sessions.
- Any paper records may be stored for up to 5 years in a locked filing cabinet, after which they are shredded.
- Data stored on my computer’s hard drive is likewise deleted after 5 years.
- I collaborate with Dinero, Simply, Meta, Google, Dropbox, and EasyMe and have entered into data processing agreements with all parties.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access the data collected about you and may request deletion at any time. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

We collect your email address so we can send you an order confirmation and delivery updates.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card details, and IP address. The data collected in connection with payment transactions is used and stored solely for the purpose of processing the payment and fulfilling the agreement entered into.
When payments are processed, some of your data will be transferred to EasyMe, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If, during the registration process or on our website, you have given us your consent, we will use your email address to send you newsletters. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters include an unsubscribe link.
If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product or service, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase products or services from us on our website.
Except for your email address (if you have given consent for its use for marketing purposes), your information will be deleted three years after you have received your goods or services.

Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in compliance with applicable laws regarding data processors.
