You probably know the feeling:

Sometimes, it’s very clear to me what’s going on — perhaps the price is slightly off, perhaps you have an energetic “contract” with the house that prevents you from letting it go, or maybe it’s something entirely different.
This is where clearing comes in — like a magical tool.
In my work, I connect with the energy of the place to discover what is holding it back, what events have occurred there, and, most importantly, why the energy refuses to release.
Once I have all the details, I perform the clearing. I record it as an audio file and send it to you.
My Way of Working
The hallmark of my work is that I am always deeply connected to the heart.
By entering a specific place within the heart, I open a profound connection to Creation or Oneness (the energy has many names). From there, I am able to locate your house, summer cottage, or other property energetically.
I always double-check that I have connected to the right place before I begin the clearing — after all, I don’t want to accidentally clear your neighbour’s house!
I only tune in once I have your permission via a booking, phone call, or text message — otherwise, I’d go crazy and lose my own focus.
When I see the different reasons why the energy is being held back from a sale, I perform the clearing and can sense and see how the life force energy shifts and transforms.
I record the clearing and send you the audio file. You are, of course, welcome to listen to the clearing as many times as you wish — often, we hear new layers or insights when we listen more than once.
